I was up walking around a few hours after having my kids. I cant stand laying in a bed unless Im going to sleep

My last 2 babies were both vbacs. I was up literally... well with my first vbac, I gave birth standing up and they had to force me to sit down to transfer me over to the hospital and then I got up again as soon as I was in the hospital.

With my last baby, I was literally up a few minutes after giving birth so I can try to deliver the placenta and then go see the baby in the nicu because they had to take him due to inhaling amniotic fluid.

I hemorrhaged with my first DS and almost passed out in the bathroom after giving birth. They found me sitting on the floor, very pale. I left the hospital 2 days later just fine and went to Costco on the way home.

With DD I was discharged at 24 hours and was back to my normal routine.

First two were natural births. Once the head came out I got all my energy back. I was literally begging to go to the mall that same day.

With the twins I had a scheduled C-section. That took a lot out of me
