Day three for me and I have already made like 3 keto friendly desserts. You’re probably not supposed to do that right off the bat lol.

OOh do you have a recipe for cookies or cupcakes? I'm on Keto, but as of Sunday night I fell off because of cupcakes.

I really like keto, you can have a wide variety of foods. You just need to do a lot of prep and plan ahead or you will end up cheating because you won't know what to eat!

I know nothing about the Keto diet. I really don't pay much attention to diet plans as most seem to work for awhile but the weight is regained once the plan is no longer used.
We've recently begun what is called the Palio diet. Thing is, it's not really a diet at all, but a healthier way of eating that will be pretty easy to stick with. I've picked up cookbooks with Palio recipes and have found that most of the ingredients are items I already have on hand. I will have to change the type of flour I use and there will be a few other adjustments as time goes on I'm sure. It's mostly cutting out unnecessary starches, and eating meats, seafood, and more vegetables and fruits. I made a salad last night that consisted of lettuce; sliced hard boiled eggs; green onion; cooked, crumbled bacon; sugar snap peas, and salad dressing that boy kid deemed completely awesome.

It's worth looking into and seeing if it's something that would work for your families.
