100 Squats for 30 days challenge

The most effective 100 SQUAT CHALLENGE. This challenge combines 10 different squat variations in order to target all of those glute muscles, from multiple angles, making it more effective than hundreds of repetitions of the same exact motion. For the best results do this routine up to 4-5 times a week. You will start to see small changes in your body in as little as a week or two, but more noticeable changes will occur in 3-4 weeks. #gluteworkout #workoutforwomen #buttworkout #butt #booty:



[/size]Ok ladies, hear's the challenge. 100 squats a day for 30 days. I will post before and after pictures but you aren't required to. [/b]

Aww, man. Okay. So this starts today. I should have gone to  sleep early in preparation.

Its ok. Ive been lazy about it myself. Today was my kids last day of school. So it was nonstop for me.
 I say as long as it gets done and 30 days from now we talk about the if our butts are better then we are good.

Ok so I didnt do all of them. I made it through the first 5. My legs are like noodles and I had to google what a roundabout squat was lol!

For some reason, my calves hurt, too. I don't know which squat is working calf muscles I usually don't use.

Im curious if squats reduce cellulite in the back of the legs? Ive been doing 50 a day but dont notice results. I read online it says losing weight is the only way.. which Im trying to do too but I havent stayed on a diet because Im breastfeeding

the only way you can't lose cellulite is through actual weight loss. what sqauts do is tone, define and build muscle particularly in your glutes.
