The rational part of me says give her time. Its only been a week and everything is still in adjustment, it sounds like. You guys will find boundaries as you go along and yet used to each other and being around each other all the time.

Is she moving in... Forever? Or until her new place is ready? I say give it a few weeks to settle down and then as a united front, go over what you expect to live in a cohesive environment. For example: what day is best for her to do laundry etc.

I have no advice. All I know is that I would die.

The only suggestion I have is that you and your husband should have regular date nights to make sure you have alone time. I'm clueless about anything else because both mine and my husband's parents were gone long before we met.
