In about 3 weeks DS will be graduating from basic training. DH and I will be going. It will be before school starts. I have a 17, 16, 12 and 9 years old at home. Would you leave the 2 older ones to look after the younger ones for 2 nights? Oldest DD can't do it because she is working.

If you think they can manage I'm sure they'll bevfine. 12 and 9 is just light supervision anyway

The oldest boys work at summer jobs. Both have agreed to take 3 days off from work. I think they will be fine and we have great neighbors. We will be going to Alabama for his graduation.

We went oldest DD's graduation from basic training. He will have 2 weeks off before he goes back. He will be training for a patriot missile crew member. That is 22 weeks. Then he will be assigned his base. So proud!
